Carol Lupinek

Hi. My name is Carol and my maiden name is Precourt. I’m a native to East Haddam and have lived in this gorgeous town for most of my life. I fell in love with Eddie in February, 2006. On June 28, 2008, we were married. When we met, I owned a successful cleaning and landscaping business called Carol’s Helping Hands. I referred to my business as providing inside and outside housekeeping. The core of my business was in Essex where I had many wonderful customers. Because both of our businesses required a great deal of our time, and we had concerns that we would never see each other, it was decided that I would sell my business and join Eddie with his. It’s a decision I’ve never regretted. I love the people I’ve met in the industry and serve on the board of directors, with Eddie, for the Auto Body Association of Connecticut. I have learned oodles! I have always admired and looked up to Eddie for all the good he does for his customers and the industry. He continually strives to do the right thing at any cost. He makes me want to be a better person and I love him for that. I am part of a trade with dying traditions of providing customers rides to and from home if needed. Every day it seems like we are fighting the insurance companies to do a proper repair for our customers by our desire to only use OEM (Original Equipment Manufactured) parts. I love that Eddie never cheats his customers and is known for being honest and fair. I am proud to be an integral part of Eddie’s Auto Body and do my best to help people conquer the claim process with their insurance company.
