After one conversation I knew my car was in great hands. Carol went above and beyond handing EVERYTHING for me with this extremely frustrating insurance company. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired properly and expertly. I have my car back and it looks perfect.read more

Faith in humanity, restored! Ok, that might seem a little over the top, but seriously, Eddy and Carol are amazing. I... had front end damage on my 2016 Tundra TRD Pro from a deer strike. I keep my truck in pristine condition and was very concerned about finding someone who actually cared as much as I do about restoring it to it's original condition. Eddy and Carol were highly recommended by a friend and after meeting with them, I knew they were the ones for the job. Not only were they super nice, they even battled with my insurance company to get me the dollar amount needed to repair it with actual TOYOTA parts, rather than the cheap knock-off garbage that insurance companies try to slip by you. Once they navigated that minefield, they told me it would be ready in a week, and lo and behold, I just picked it up today, exactly a week later! Not only was it on time and absolutely perfect, it was detailed inside and out! Not to mention, they provided a very nice, newer, clean loaner for the week! I can't say enough about Eddy and Carol. It was a pleasure. Thanks to you both!read more

After reading many wonderful reviews, I stopped in to meet Eddie and ask for a quote for my rear panel dented Nissan... Rogue. I found Eddie nice and professional and he thoroughly went over the process of my repair. He took my personal information and said it would be a month before the work could start. I have called three times in two weeks and no return for a quote . Guess they are busy- isnt everyone these days- but their quote protocol and customer follow up service does need some work.read more

Carol and Eddie are the people we always wish for but can't seem to find. My 2015 malibu was hit in the rear-end and my... brother-in-law recommended taking it to Eddie's autobody shop. We have just recently moved to Connecticut from California so I had know idea where to go. Best decision we could have ever made taking it to Eddie's. My car ended up being totaled but with there expert advice we are on are way to recovering the replacement cost of my vehicle. They have been so supportive of our needs and they not only treat you as a valued customer but as a friend. So if you find yourself in need of expert bodyshop repairs Eddie's is the place. Don't settle for less.read more

Eddie is very friendly and knowledgeable, the place came highly recommended. I brought my vehicle here to get a quote... and to try to get work done. After a few reminder phone calls I waited 9 weeks for the quote. Never came, never started it. I eventually chose a different place to have the work done. Unfortunate, but overly excessive wait time for an initial quote that was promised in "about a week"read more

The best auto body shop out there! Eddie has fixed my families vehicles for years and he always does an amazing job.... His paint matching is perfect as well as fitting panel gaps just right. He won’t use cheap parts and will work with your insurance company to get your car fixed the right way. You would never know the vehicle was in an accident when he’s done with it!read more

They are awesome people. I've known Eddie (Pepe) since I was a little kid. My uncle Mark had worked there for 35 years.... My father worked there before he passed away for years also.
